Our Story
From One Man to Warsaw's Most Trusted Painters
Sharp Look Painting started with a single crew, a van, and a commitment to doing things the right way. No shortcuts. No rushing. No cutting corners on prep work just to get to the next job faster.
Over the years, that reputation for quality spread through Warsaw and the surrounding Kosciusko County communities — not through advertising, but through word of mouth from homeowners who saw the difference a meticulous paint job makes.
Today we handle everything from single-room refreshes to complete whole-home transformations, exterior repaints, cabinet refinishing, and specialty decorative finishes. The crew has grown, but the standard hasn't changed.
The Owner
Cody Freeman
Owner & Lead Painter
Cody was a lost, young man during college, switching majors many times before landing on criminal justice. Post-graduation, he took on empty-feeling jobs that felt empty, unsatisfying. Finally, he decided to quit - this led to the start of what would become one of Northern Indiana's premier painting companies.
From the moment he started, the company was based on kindness and friendliness. He believed in the power of honesty and genuine connection over a sales-based approach. This provided a sturdy foundation to allow the growth of the company. What started as a solo-crew in a sedan has turned into multiple crews, vehicles, tools, and most importantly, over 300 transformed homes and spaces.
What We Stand For
The Sharp Look Standard
Preparation First
We spend more time on prep than most painters spend on the whole job. Proper prep is what separates a finish that lasts from one that fails.
Premium Materials Only
We use professional-grade paints and primers from trusted brands. The difference in quality is visible — and it protects your investment for years.
Clean, Respectful Crews
We protect your floors, furniture, and landscaping. Every job site is left clean at the end of every day. Your home is treated like our own.
Honest Communication
You'll get a detailed quote, a clear timeline, and straight answers throughout the project. No surprises, no hidden costs, no runaround.
Community
Proud to Serve Warsaw & Kosciusko County
We're not a franchise or a regional chain. We're a local business, rooted in Warsaw, Indiana — and we take that seriously. The homes we paint are in our own neighborhoods, on streets we drive every day.
We serve Warsaw, Winona Lake, Syracuse, North Webster, Milford, and the surrounding Kosciusko County communities. When you hire Sharp Look Painting, you're keeping your money local and working with a crew that has a genuine stake in this community.
